Failure to follow these rules may result in suspension of messaging capabilities.
Use of Customer Contact Lists
Users are prohibited from uploading or using contact lists that were:
• purchased from third parties
• scraped from websites or directories
• obtained without consent
• acquired through deceptive or unlawful means
Users must maintain records showing that recipients have consented to receive communications.
Baytech reserves the right to request proof of consent for messaging campaigns.
Content Restrictions
Users may not use Baytech platforms to distribute or host content that:
• violates copyright or trademark laws
• promotes illegal activities
• contains hate speech or harassment
• includes explicit or offensive material
• violates advertising platform policies
