Welcome to the new and improved Baytech Support System. In order to better serve our clients, we ask that you now use this system exclusively when asking for essentially any new work from us.
We know many of you had a one-on-one relationship with Jim Beck, however, in order to continue providing the best service possible at all times, we are no longer going to be able to service your account through personal text messages to Jim or emails directly to him. We hope you can understand, and we know that you will receive even better and faster support ongoing with this new system.
If you have personal business with Jim, you can still email him directly. However, if it has to do with a new request that needs to be completed for your account or a help request of any type, we ask that you begin sending these through this page exclusively effective immediately.
Please use the form to let us know how we can help you. There is an option to upload files ( you can zip up multiple if needed) and also, if you have not tried it, you can use LOOM or other screen recorders to share your experience this way as well and explain your needs to us through a video recording. There is an area for you to add your video link so that we can watch and get things done as soon as possible.
Our general rule of thumb is that your issue will be addressed immediately, and solved within 24-72 hours, or you will be notified of why it is not resolved and when we expect it to be completed.
